Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with your tracking number.

Shipping Times & Fees

Domestic Shipping (within Pakistan):
Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping is PKR 250 or free on orders over PKR 5,000.

International Shipping:
Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can monitor your delivery status anytime using this information.

Delays & Unexpected Issues
